As with every Checkmate Coatings installation, we began by diamond grinding the concrete to create the proper surface profile for maximum adhesion. After repairing any surface imperfections, we applied our high-performance polyurea base coat, completed a full flake broadcast for complete coverage, and sealed the system with a crystal-clear, UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat.
The finished result is a durable, slip-resistant surface that stands up to Florida’s harsh sun, rain, and daily foot traffic while remaining easy to clean and maintain. This outdoor space is now as functional as it is beautiful—built to be enjoyed for years to come.
